Turner syndrome (X0) occurs when nondisjunction causes one gamete to lack a sex chromosome.

If this gamete fuses with a normal gamete, the resulting zygote has only one X chromosome (monosomy).

This violates Mendel’s Rule of Segregation because the chromosomes did not separate properly during gametogenesis.
