To identify the sequence that is not arithmetic, check if the differences between consecutive terms are consistent.

For 11, 22, 33, 44, 55:

Differences: 22 − 11 = 11, 33 − 22 = 11, 44 − 33 = 11, 55 − 44 = 11

Differences are consistent (11), so this is an arithmetic sequence.

For 3, 6, 12, 24, 48:

Differences: 6 − 3 = 3, 12 − 6 = 6, 24 − 12 = 12, 48 − 24 = 24
